How many sessions will I need?

This depends on what you want to work on and how long you want to be supported for.  Often clients will start with a set programme and then extend if they feel they need further support and accountability.  Everyone is different and so will have different needs.

Why do I need a coach when I can set goals myself?

Having a life coach is much more than just setting some goals.  Coaching provides you with accountability to keep you on track, a cheerleader and supporter to keep you motivated and help you celebrate your successes along the way, a sounding board and trusted partner – we are on the journey together and my purpose is to help you get to where you want to be.

What are some of the benefits of coaching?

Coaching is a very powerful process which can benefit many areas of your life if you show committment.  It will help you take control of your mindset, thought processes and belief systems and get to the root cause of how these may be holding you back; it allows you to dive into self-discovery, leaqrn more about the ‘real you’ by tapping into your strengths, identifying your unique needs and how to prioritise them and find out what is really important to you and how to live in alignment with that; you will experience personal growth and improve on areas you want to make changes in.
